1. Services Disclaimer

Credit Clarity Solutions LLC provides credit education, credit analysis, and credit dispute assistance services. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not guarantee specific credit score increases or outcomes.

Credit results vary based on individual credit history, creditor responses, and compliance with consumer reporting laws.

2. No Guaranteed Results

While we work diligently to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information, results are not guaranteed. Credit bureaus and creditors ultimately determine whether information is corrected, deleted, or verified.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond promptly to requests for documents or verification

  • Review all correspondence sent on their behalf

  • Maintain timely payments and responsible financial behavior during service

Failure to cooperate may delay or limit results.

4. Payment Policy

All fees are charged according to the selected service package or consultation booking.

  • Payments must be made in full before services begin

  • Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis

  • Missed or failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email.

Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged

  • Services already rendered will not be reversed

  • No partial-month refunds are issued for canceled subscriptions

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of credit services and time invested, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Work already performed

  • Disputes submitted

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Verified accounts remaining on a credit report

If an error occurs due to Company fault (such as duplicate billing), it will be corrected promptly.

7. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable, including missed or unused appointments.

  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • No-shows forfeit the consultation fee

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

  • Client information is used solely for service-related purposes

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to perform services or by law

  • Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials

9. Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications via:

  • SMS (if provided)

Message and data rates may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Credit score fluctuations

  • Creditor decisions

  • Financial losses related to credit report changes

  • Actions taken by third parties

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
